The Philosophy of Physics Writing Guide

Welcome to DeWitt Library's Research Guide for Physics 350, 370, and 450.

All courses have assigned readings from the book The Philosophy of Faith by Dean Rickles. Through careful reading, you will ponder the intersections, or lack thereof, of physics, philosophy, and faith. The book is not written from a Christian or theistic faith based perspective.

Central theme for all papers: Dean Rickles argues against the conflict model of philosophy and physics, so then where does faith fall into this understanding?

Click the tabs along the side of the page for the writing prompts for each paper along with the relevant source material. All items on reserve are located at the circulation desk. Books can be checked out for one day.
