We have 2 ways to search for journals at DeWitt Library using BrowZine:
To see what journals we have in a subject area, browse to your subject, then click on the journal(s) you are interested in. You'll see a table of contents for the latest issue and can review what topics are being discussed. You can also browse back to previous issues.
To see if you have access to a specific title, enter the title in the search box.
If you are looking for a journal we do not have access to, please try Interlibrary Loan. You can also contact the library if you have any questions.
Newspapers, Magazines, Journals...What's the Difference?
To see the main difference among these types of publications, open our Popular vs. Scholarly Materials matrix.
DeWitt has hundreds of sociology and social work titles available. Some are in print, some are online, and some are both. Some key journals are listed below; simply click the title to access either the electronic versions or see the print holdings.
